Flexible Lifetime Mortgage – Flexible portion interest rates & drawdown request, for product withdrawn Jan 2008

The fixed interest rate for drawings from the Flexible Portion of our Flexible Lifetime Mortgage, which was withdrawn in January 2008, is currently 6.65% (APR 6.86%). Alternatively, you can select a variable rate of 2% over Barclays Bank Base Rate, capped at 8.99% (APR 9.4%).

To drawdown funds from the Flexible Portion, please complete our drawdown request form, sign it and return to us - click link below.

Drawings from the Flexible Portion will increase the amount of borrowing secured on your home.
